2/After reviewing applied RMA form, we will issue RMA number which approves returning.After RMA number is issued, returning products will be accepted by Gainscha.

3/ RMA number will be effective for 30 days from the issued date. If Gainscha dose not receive products within 30 days after RMA number is issued, RMA number will be expired automatically.

Maintenance terms

1. Service back to back basis, you send the printer to Gainscha, and pick up when it fixed. You can include into your shipment for avoid freight cost. Printer itself failure, we will stand the replaced parts cost;

2.Printer already operated or opened wrongly by customers, you can send back for repair with chargeable basis with replaced parts cost only.

3. About Consumable parts, like adapter easy to fail due to India power condition, we can consider with your particular cases supporting, but which cannot be included under warranty.
